Many types of people find counselling helpful - in particular, women who balance so many different aspects of life and juggle so many roles. Counselling can help bring you back to your centre and find your true self.

 You may find the counsellor asks questions that you had not even considered or did not want to think about. Or you may just find that talking to someone unrelated and who will not judge your situation allows you to talk more freely.

When should I see a counsellor?

  • If you feel you are withdrawing from life or fee that you are not coping even with simple tasks.
  • If you feel your anger or negative emotions are becoming a problem.

Having started as an addiction recovery therapist, Araluen has broadened her base to help anyone who feels they need a guiding hand to navigate tricky times. Her approach with all patients is one of kindness and helping them develop boundaries and the ability to self-care.
